Looking for a one-of-a-kind sculpture for your home, gallery/business, or outdoor space? I love collaborating with collectors to design custom metal pieces that reflect their space, story, and sense of style.
Here’s how the commission process typically unfolds:
The Initial Chat
We’ll start with a conversation. Whether you have a clear idea or just a feeling you want to capture, I’ll listen closely and ask the right questions to understand what you’re envisioning.
Sketch & Concept
Next, I’ll put pencil to paper. I sketch out concepts based on our conversation and refine the design until it feels right to you. This part is collaborative and playful.
Material Selection
From bold steel to softer finishes, I work with a range of metals. We’ll choose materials that complement the final piece and the environment it’s meant for.
The Build Process
This is where it comes to life. I cut, weld, shape, and refine the sculpture, piece by piece. It’s a physical and thoughtful process that I’ve spent years honing.
Pickup, Delivery, or Installation
Once your sculpture is complete, I’ll coordinate a safe handoff. If needed, I also offer assistance with placement and installation to make sure everything is just right.
Custom pieces are personal. They become part of your space and your story. If you have an idea in mind, or even just a starting point, I’d love to hear it.
